The Problem with ADHD is that we try to force the child to adopt its behaviour. Instead of showing them healthy coping mechanisms
Meet the child needs, so that they can help themself
You can not love children too much
But do not try to impose your need for love onto the childs need for love
What can an adult do?
- Exercise, Therapy, Medication, Going out to Nature
